ZIFF's Stupid Question:Why do we read in the press report that "someone"(name not disclosed)  from either SABAH or SARAWAK  always won millions of Ringgit hitting the Super TOTO Jackpot one ?It appears like the East MALAYsians are mysteriously  or suspiciously  lucky, right or not?
