Re: Tan Sri Vincent Tan Attempts To Subvert Justice
The papers sent to, but not served on, Mr Ganesh Sahathevan, does not
include the summons for the Inter Pares injunction hearing this morning.
So, it is an ex parte application. This is valid for a fortnight,
unless it is renewed in open court with the other party present. How
could that be when he has not been served? Unless it was to harass.
More important, Tan Sri Vincent Tan's action in the Malaysian
courts would become part of Mr Ganesh Sahathevan's defence in the
Vincent Tan defamation action, with an Australian company he controls in
Australia. Tan Sri Vincent would have to explain in the Sydney court
why he did what he did in Malaysia. And Dato' V.K. Lingam would not be
there to work his customary magic with the courts.
