Sorry, your story is still a red herring - particularly statements like 
"Chinese
capitalist better understand not to tread on the Working class Malays" and
"guest being served pork sure, they even have to guts to ask muslim to join
them and drink alcoholic beverages".

Nothing you wrote so far have convinced me that the situation is the norm
rather than the exception.

In fact, everything you wrote point to a rather prejudiced (and possibly
deliberately askewed?) point of view on your part.
