Well there are some bad and some good in every race,
but to single out malays as lazy, is too much.I have
read posts on soc.culture.malaysia posted by the scums
od society who repeatedly call Malays as malazy or
lazy malays.So I do need proof that there some non
malays who are biased against malays, these guys are
the lowest scums.

My advice resign, and find enough to form a new
capital to overtake the company and force its closeure
if it is public listed.If it is not public listed give
me a private mail.

Hopefully you will not behave like your former boss
and dicriminate the chinese and indians when you are
the boss.

Racial discrimination must be completely wiped out at
least in Malaysia.

Belive me I faced one in when I was a working for a
Multi national Coporation a few years back.But there
are good guy in every race in Malaysia, not everybody
is a racist, there is still hope for Multi racial
malaysia.
