My apologies. Which is worse - to use whatever level of Bahasa one knows and
through trial and error and the kind help and encouragement of folks improve
one's standard in Bahasa? Or to fear errors and not use Bahasa, lingua
tanahairku, at all? 

Is it an all or nothing question? Or a shades of grey, "lesser-of-two-evils"
question?

Which fork of the river, which course, would result in a better outcome in the
long run?
