I guess you are writing a piece on this, huh. My take:-
Cannot be (d) - a law like this would apply to all irrespective of
occupation equally
Highly unlikely that it is (c) - that would come under a broader
"molesting/battery?" category
Either (a) or (b) - my best guess is (a). In many states in the US and in
Tasmania, Australia, sodomy et al is against the law - just that it is not
enforced and they have yet to repeal the laws. Probably ditto in Malaysia.
Because the absence of consent would be much harder to proof (especially in
man-to-man oral sex situations), it would be easier to get a conviction for
sodomy etc (all the prosecution has to prove is that an outlawed sexual act
took place).
Sodomy, definitely covers anal sex (with or without consent). Don't know
for sure if it covers oral sex - my best guess is that it does.
Alternatively there may be a separate law with the same effect for oral sex.
How about us all petitioning the government to put all the Malaysian laws
on the Net - than we can resolve these things even faster.
