sorry for the provocative heading but i'd really like to know whether the
charge "committing indecent acts by performing oral sex" means that:
a) oral sex completely is illegal here
b) oral sex performed on a man is illegal here
c) oral sex performed on a non-consenting  man is illegal here
b) or oral sex performed by a judge is illegal here?
