Specifically Application of GIS in Environmental Planning. I am at the moment plaaning to pursue my post grad studies in Malaysia

I really need help here as my brother bought an NTSC Final Fantasy XIII from the US and I tried playing here on my NTSC Asian Xbox (Malaysia) & it will not play !!!! It says that the region code is incorrect. Previously I do have an NTSC-J Halo 3 & it played fine. I know that there is a difference between NTSC & NTSC-J, but come on, is there any way that I can play this Final Fantasy XIII on my Xbox 360? I thought all NTSC discs are compatible with an NTSC xbox360? Come on, please.. pretty please help me, is there a way on how I could play this game? Is there any softwares that I need to install... etc?

I'm Malaysian and my fiance is Turkish.We are engaged for 1 year now.The problem is he couldn't leave his country because he is under this travel ban (he didn't go to military service due to illness).My family keep asking me when he would be able to come to Malaysia and marry me ( that is their terms and conditions to allow us to get married ).Is there any way that he could apply for passport and go to Malaysia and meet my family?I have no problem with travelling and I always travel to Turkey to meet him and I don't mind getting married there but my family won't allow me to do that.Please help me.
